Perfect Nutra Solutions, AKA Healthy Life Corp is a completely legal scam. I found this company linked in an article referencing Dr. OZ, likely without his knowledge. http://garciniacambogiaresults.net/dr-oz-on-garcinia-cambogia/ 

As you can see on the website that this links to, the company states they will not bill you automatically. THEY DO. They also included a slimming pill along with my Garcinia Cambogia. They did not state that this would be an extra cost at all.

I received a payment confirmation email and they ended up charging me a reduced rate for the slimming pill + the shipping for the Garcina Cambogia instead of just the shipping. I should have called them right then and there. (BTW they have multiple phone numbers on their different websites).

My body responds diet and excersice changes very rapidly and I did not notice any change at all in the 60 day trial and felt no different. I didn't finish using the samples. About 6 weeks later, I recieved another set of both the slimming pill and the Garcinia.

They had charged my account $77(and change) for one bottle and $86(plus change) for the second. I called them that night and after waiting for 30 minutes on hold, spoke to a gentleman with a very thick Indian accent. I spent 45 Minutes talking them down from their initial 15% refund. 

Finally THEY AGREED TO GIVE ME A FULL REFUND IF I MAILED THE PRODUCT BACK TO THEM AND PAID FOR SHIPPING. I should have just assumed they meant paid for shipping both ways. When They finally repaid me(about 4 days after the product arrived back in Indiana), They only gave me $81 and $71 respectively. PISSED.

I have not called them to get the final $11 back(I sent them both packages for a total of $3.20 for shipping. There is no reason for them to have charged this much.) so I have spent $14.20 to return a product that I did not order.

They SPECIFICALLY state that they do not automatically charge you for more product, but it is written in the TREMS AND AGREEMENTS, which you cannot find on any of their pages. I could not find a button to click to agree to such terms and agreements anyway. 

COMPLETE SCAM. USING Dr. OZ's NAME AS A REFERENCE. THEY DO NOT SEND CONFIRMATION EMAILS AFTER THE FIRST ORDER, and I would not have known they were CHARGING ME $153 MORE THAN the original cost if I had not been keeping a firm eye on my finances.

NOT THE FIRST COMAPANY TO GET AWAY WITH THIS. THIS KIND OF F***** UP SCAM SHOULD NOT BE LEGAL. HOW DO WE SHUT THIS CRAP DOWN??
