Perfect Pitch Perfect Pitch Technology Perfect Pitch Lying Stealing Crooks, Perfect Pitch Scam, Perfect Pitch SUCKS! Lehi Utah

Recently Hired Perfect Pitch perfectpitchtech.com  to run a test campaign for me. They agreed to generate at least a 120 leads for $3500. They delivered less then 10. They completely misrepresented their technology, their ability to run it, and its limitations. It was a train wreck. 

They dubiously claim to have invented the Avatar call center technology although there are those who have had that technology and been in business much longer then Perfect Pitch.They pitch outsourcing without the accent but all of my recordings contained a dopey southern accent. My recordings sucked, campaign management was non existent and when there is a tough conversation to be had Jacob Munns the CEO, Jeremy Whitney the VP of sales are no where to be found. They won't answer the phones, returns emails or address the issues at all. The run away from their problems and shortcomings and steal their customers money. I wonder if Munns learned his stealing ways while at the thunderbird school of managment? 

The avatar technology is cool and there are a lot of possibilities to it but Perfect Pitch is anything from perfect. In fact they completely miss the mark. Their techology is so far behind that it has to be manually adjusted in order to hit simple dialing rules and ratios, something other platforms have built in and automated for years. If you enjoy horrible customer service, the lowest level of call quality, incompetent campaign management and executive management then Perfect Pitch are the guys for you. 

All I wanted was for them to return the unused portion of my deposit with them. Instead I got crickets and had to hire someone else to run the campaign so I got to loose money twice in order to not lose my customer thanks for nothing Perfect Pitch. You Suck!
