This company not only cheats customers but also harasses them. They have multiple multiple fake reviews on their Google business listing which is easily provable. Upon comparison of the reviewer's, sorting from newest first, 90% of their five star reviews all review the same few companies randomly spaced out throughout the United States. The owner then response to each of these reviews like he personally remembers doing their job and thanks and for the review. This is not Blatantly obvious that not only are they buying reviews but the owner knows about it. On top of this they are bullies in the market and try to price gough their customers offering extremely high prices until another company bids on the job. They will then drop their price as much as 50% to take the job away from the next company and in some cases if it’s a company they probably don’t like they have offered to do the work for free They consistently harass customers by continuing to call them every day telling them that they have a truck on the street ready to move them forward even after being told the customer is not interested. In some cases and even as stated by some of their one star reviews, they have come out to do the work even when the customer has told them they need to think about it. They then bill the customer and argue that the customer told them to come out and they have it on tape. They have attracted many customers including myself with their mass marketing campaigns and overpromising on work that they under deliver on and refuse to correct. Once they get your business they wash their hands of you. This company has made me lose faith in all kinds of pressure washing companies and I will have my husband do our or Home from now on. Most of this is just describing a company that does poor work and advertisers false claims however the fake reviews seem almost criminal to me. The are purposely misleading customers with false information. I hope somebody holds them accountable!

Response from Perfect Power Wash

AUTHOR: Perfect Power Wash - (United States)

POSTED: Monday, September 24, 2018

This review is completely fake, generated by a competitive company in the area.  Not only are these claims baseless, but they're demonstrably false - just go look at our Google Reviews, there's no evidence of what this person claims.

They left the exact same review on Google, Facebook, and the BBB, all of which have been removed as this was proven to be false.  Ripoff report wants upwards of $20,000 to help with this fake review, which is basically extortion.
