If you found this report while researching a contractor in New Jersey that operates under the name “Perfect Renovation LLC” from Lakewood NJ you should know that the owner Francis Ortiz is bankrupted and will take your money without finishing the job you hired him for.
Ortiz is pretty much a one-man operation. He has no office, no personnel and certainly no intention to finish the multiple jobs he commits to at the same time.
This is how he operates:
He is in so much debt that he takes down payments from new clients to partially finish other client’s overdue contracts that he’s been stalling for months. Then he hopes that his pyramid scheme will bring additional victims so he can partially finish your job.
He’ll promise you that if you give him the down payment he’ll put 4,5 o 6 guys to finish your job right away but then you’ll be lucky if one person shows up. Most of the time it’ll be just himself. And the excuses will start as soon as he cashes your check.
This is not new. He’s done these cons for years. He’s been sued several times.
You are better off with any other real contractor in NJ. Not someone like Francis Ortiz who will promise you the world in order to take your money with the intention to defraud you.
