Perfect Skin Serum advertised a free eye serum online. At the end of the ordering form I cancelled it. Although I voided the transaction, the company still sent me the eye cream in January. I returned it unopened. Then they sent another package of eye cream in February. I was told by my post office that if I opened the packages, I would have to pay to ship the product back. In March the company sent a third package. I opened it and called them to complain. The agent on the end of the phone told me that I needed a special confirmation number in order to cancel the orders and that they had already charged my credit card, $300.00 because I did not call for the special number.

I did not call for the special number because I did not want to get charged for postage and the only way to cancel was to open the package and call them from the number inside. I complained to the agent and said that I will report them to the Better Business Bureau. At that time, the agent said that since I threatened to go to the BBB, they would refund me $200.00 but they could not refund me the whole amount because 90 days had elapsed from the first order. I am really upset especially since I cancelled the order and they kept sending me the products anyway. If I hadn't called them and complained, they would keep sending me this product that I don't want. Please advise.
