My son ordered shoes from Perfectkicks and the online check payment cleared November 7, 2004. Today is February 2, 2005.
To date, they have not sent my son's shoes, nor have they sent a refund. I have contacted them via email several times. Each time I am told it will be three weeks.
They have no valid contact numbers listed, but I managed to locate two valid numbers on file. When I spoke with someone yesterday, again I was told it would be three weeks.
I was told by someone that I called thinking it was Perfectkicks phone number, that another dissatisfied customer told her that they managed to get a refund from Perfectkicks, but the checck bounced.
Warning to all... do not do any business with this company!
