PERFECTKICKS.COM Scammed a single mother of 3 teenagers Internet

In February of 2006 I ordered a custom pair of Jordan's for my then 16yr old son's birthday gift. Being a single parent with limited income I was very excited to be able to do something out of the ordinary for him. We contacted Perfectkicks.com and placed the order in which we had hopes of having by his birthday of March 27, 2006.

After not hearing from the company by my son's birthday I went through three months of repeated phone calls and emails. To finally reach a female in June of 2006 who repeatedly apologized and told me they had been having problems with the shipments coming from China. She promised a free pair of shoes along with the shoes my son originally ordered.

In about July of 2006 a pair of shoes did finally arrive for my son, of course not the ones we ordered and since that time we have sent repeated emails that are being returned undeliverable. I have filed a report with the Flordia BBB and with the State's Attorney's office for fraud. This company should definitely not be in business and should issue refunds for all of the people that were cheated out of their money.
