I feel the Perfect Shih Tzus web site is a rip off set up to steal money from unsuspecting people.

The combination of their web site, phone number, payment format are all solid indicators that they are stealing people’s money and not in the business of selling dogs.  The fact that their web site less than one month old, and that they are using a leased land line on the opposite side of Texas from where they supposedly live, and the house they claim as their residence is not associated with their name, and last but not least, there is no record of anyone by the name they use living in Texas.  Legitimate businesses do not conduct business the way they are trying to.  I feel what they are doing is deceitful and illegal and send this as a warning.    

This is their email response asking for payment:

Like we said, we book  flights for Mondays, Wednesdays or Fridays (You have to chose which day suits you best).

Once the flight is booked, we will provide you the  flight number, date and time of departure and arrival as well as all info  you will require to pickup the puppy upon arrival.
