I have sent the following letter to Performance Health USA which protests their shipping of unordered merchandise and unauthorized charging of my VISA account:

To the management of Performance Health USA,

I am returning the resV Pro you shipped to me on April29, which I did not order.You have thirty days to reverse the Bank of America VISA charge off $85.26 billed to me.

Yesterday, April 29, I received in my mail a package resembling my normal receipt of prescription drugs from a pharmaceutical firm. I opened the package and found a bottle of 60 resV Pro capsules from your company. There was no packing slip or invoice in the package. I did not order these capsules. I had earlier provided your company with credit card information to be used to cover S&H charges for a free sample of these capsules, not for the purchase of 60 capsules.

I looked up my Bank of America Credit Card details on the INTERNET and discovered you had charged my account for $85.26 for the shipped capsules. I consider this type of business operation to be criminal. I have contacted Bank of America to stop payment, but they informed me you have 30 days to reverse the credit charges before they can enter into a disputed charge inquiry.

The resV Pro is being returned to you via USPS priority mail today. You have 30 days to reverse the credit charges before I formally dispute the charges with B of A.

I found an updated phone number for ResV Pro at (866) 982-5122 When I talked to the customer rep I kept a level head and they were helpful enough. I got my order canceled. I also found out you can cancel at resvpro.com



 



I also suggest making sure you have the right company, or checking if you are receiving products from multiple companies. Its a frustrating waste of time to call one company, spend all that time trying to figure out your problem only to find out you have the wrong people. Its also frustrating canceling for one product, then receiving more of another product because you didnt realize you signed up for multiple companys products.

As clearly stated in the Terms of the Trial Offer, which terms every consumer must agree to before ordering the product, the consumer agrees to a 10 day product trial period, beginning on the day the trial is ordered, to try the product.

NOT SATISFIED: In the event a consumer is dissatisfied with the trial product or if for any reason does not wish to be auto-enrolled in the monthly shipment program, the consumer can easily and quickly cancel the program, with no further obligations, by going to the web page clearly posted on the actual product label, where the consumer can cancel the auto-shipment program online or cancel by calling the customer support number provided on the web page.

DID NOT READ: In the event a consumer failed to read the terms of the program or if the consumer forgot to cancel in a timely manner or for any other reason, the consumer can simply return the product, in accordance with the posted return policy, for a full refund--no questions asked!
