Bought 2008 Peterbilt 367 from Performance Kenworth with extended warranty that was sold as a bumper to bumper warranty. 4400 miles later DPF system fails and shut truck down. Call Premium 2000 warranty and explained the problem. Tow to shop and get estimate. Once in shop cant estimate the repair until the computer can be unlocked. Diesel particulate fliter(which was serviced when purchased) has to be cleaned after 4400 miles.This is considered normal maintenence per Premium 2000 . This is not normal maintenance by any means on 4400 miles.

Contacted all parties involved and know one seemed to care. Performance Kenworth and Premium 2000 recieved their money and do not care about about service after the sale. Chris Maranti, Holly Crawford both are not people of their word.
