PerformanceHeatlh USA,LLC unauthorized charges made to my acct. by this company Orem Utah

I sometime in aug. visited the website but didn't order the product. A week later i received a phone call asking why i didnt place an order? I told the gentleman that i didnt want to subscribe but considered trying it to see if it would work. He told me that if i paid the shipping there would be no additional charges. I asked him repeatly are you sure that i would not be contracted to a charge every 30days or have to write to stop or cancel he said no that only the $4.95 shipping charge would be deducted so i agreed and gave him my debt card info. Within a few days there was only the shipping charge and i was pleased but hadn't received the shipment which was fine.

Within the next week here comes the package containing the bottle which thankfully i never openned. Well everyday i check my bank statement and there was a charge of $79.95, i was shocked , called my bank and to stop this had to cancel my card and wait for a new one. I pay everything online with debt or credit now this affects my drafts which i can't do anything until a new card comes and i change my bills to the new number. I've unsubscribed to these people, and called and only get a recording.

Then in searching the net i find all of these complaints pretty much the same as mine but some have been charge multiple charges. I went to the post office early this morning and mailed to them the pills (by the way there was no invoice in the package) but mailed also my name,phone number, and the original mailing pack they sent them in and asked for a check to be returned because the acct. has been closed to prevent further charges from them
