I purchased a bottle of Dior's Tendre Poison from Perfumebff.com. The product arrived half-full, as it had leaked out during transit. I didn't think much about it, set it aside, and notified perfumebff.com. They promptly sent me another bottle, which arrived in tact. While I was waiting for the second bottle to arrive, I placed the first bottle on the shelf with my authentic bottle of Tendre Poison. That's when the fake product became obvious. The bottle size was different, the spray assembly was a different color and crimped on, and the fill tube was way too long for the bottle. I contacted my credit card company and they issued a full refund immediately, and advised me that I did not have to send the product back since it was counterfeit. I wanted to keep the bottles and boxes for evidence.
I then contacted perfumebff and expressed my displeasure with their cheap, fake products. I have copied the conversation below:
My 1st email: "I have to say that I am disgusted at this point. I have discovered that the product you sent me is not an authentic Christian Dior product. The bottle you sent me has been used, as the lettering has been rubbed off in places, and the spray mechanism has been replaced. I can only assume that the perfume inside is not authentic as well. I am demanding a full refund of my purchase, and I will be forwarding my experience to both Christian Dior and my state’s attorney general for deceptive trade practices at the very least."
Perfumebff's response: "Returns are to be addressed as follows ..BFF 1333a North Ave ste 722 New Rochelle, NY 10804"
My 2nd email: "This item is not being returned. It is being turned over to the Texas State Attorney General’s office as evidence of your crime. If my payment is not refunded, I will add charges of theft as well. It’s your call."
Perfumebff's response: "If the item is not returned you will not be refunded. FYI that's not the definition of theft. Return the item and you will be refunded."
My 3rd email: "Not a chance! I can’t wait to turn your fake crap over to the Attorney General’s office. Keep my money for now. You will be wishing you had returned it 100 times over before I get finished with your company."
Perfumebff's response: "Idk what your problem is but don't you run your own business?"
My 4th email: "My problem is that I paid for a product that your company represented as a legitimate, name brand perfume. What you sent me was a very poor attempt at a counterfeit product. How dare you come back at me with attitude! I did what was expected of me by sending you my money. Your company is the party at fault here. I am dedicating my efforts for the forseeable future to making sure that everyone who does a search on your company on the internet knows that you are counterfeiters and thieves. I also intend to report your activities to every governmental agency that I can find who accepts complaints on counterfeiters."
Perfumebff's response: "We don't respond to threats. Whats going to happen here is that everyone who ever looks up your name, company address online for the next 20 years will see your name associated with how combative, threatening and uncooperative you are. It will be tagged and attached to every person , company , client and family member. Maybe Ill leave out the miserable part but if you're looking to make threats make them to someone with less resources and wherewithal to counter. We can change our name. Can you??"
I think his last response says it all. He knows there are no consequences for his actions. All he has to do is change names, put up a new website, and get back to selling counterfeit products. I have both products available to any government agency that wishes to use them as evidence during the prosecution of the unscrupulous owner(s) of perfumebff.com.

Perfumebff Review

Perfumebff seems to be the most admired families within the world of perfumes. It embraces a vast group of fragrances with floral notes as a major theme. Whether it is a smell of a single flower or a complex bouquet, a smell of an existing flower, its abstract understanding or a perfumer’s floral.
I think it may be the only Perfumebff perfumes in the whole of Perfume Land not to have reviewed Perfumebff perfume yet, a fact that makes me look a bit naff seeing as I had my sample for so darn long.
I order from Perfumebff all of the time, perfume is of a great quality and prices also be great. You get deliverable within a week after order the perfume.
I shop online quite frequently at perfumebff.com. I am always so impressed with their standards. I always get exactly what I ordered.
After buying perfume from perfumebff.com, I had I always prefer to buy perfume from perfumebff.com . I will order more perfume from this online store and refer to all my collegue and family members too.

Sure, "things" get broken in transit. However, the "things" these people are selling are inferior in workmanship and product content. If you bought a bottle of Dior Tendre Poison from them, and are claiming that it is authentic, then you either don't know the authentic perfume and bottle, or you are willing to accept a conterfeit product at a savings.
The reason so many of these products leak out during shipment is because the assemblers in China don't know how to properly crimp the metal lid apparatus onto their counterfeit bottles (and btw..the authentic product's spray mechanism is not crimped onto the bottle). If you are going to take the time to post a rebuttal on your business that is shamelessly stealing from consumers, at least TRY to make it believable.

perfumebff.com Product Review

Hello
I have purchesed the product from the above mentioned store and it was too awesome .
When ever I told to my one of friend about this product - perfume he also orders from there and feeling so happy for that he has got his most liked perfume at reasonable rate.
Sometimes it may happens that the products are damaged in packing or in transportation of the perfume. But the above store replaced the product in a given time frame with best services which they have maintained.
I will order more perfume from this online store and refer to all my collegue and family members too.
Thanks

Same thing happened to me with perfumeBff.com

It was almost the same thing to the letter. I got a fake empty bottle of idole Armani from perfumebff.com and the person on the other end of the email from perfumebff.com became combative after I asked for a refund. I advised that I had written on every rip-off, scam report as well as the Attorney General & Armani that he was selling fake products as legitimate and that I was going to make sure that people knew the PerfumeBFF.com was a fraud. The emails then became very combative and told me he was going to use my personal information to contact my employer to let them know I was threatening him and no further communication was needed. He has not returned my emails since.
I filed a BBB complaint today as I just found perfumebff.com on the NY BBB.
