Perimeter Home Services National Laminate and Perimeter Pressure Washing No Show for Appointments Internet, Georgia

I purchased a deal from Perimeter Homes Services for $99 - 2 Rooms Professionally Painted they advertised through Crowdsavings.com.  Prior to purchasing the deal I contacted Perimeter Home Services, spoke to the "Owner - Harold" to make sure they serviced Alpharetta and he said "yes".  I purchased the deal and the following Monday, July 18th, 2011 I called to schedule my painting appointment.  Again, I spoke with Harold who told me that it would be a month out so we scheduled for Saturday, August 13, 2011.  I called Harold the Thursday prior to my appointment to confirm we were still on for Saturday and the time I should expect him.  I was informed at 9:00am.  Saturday at 9:16am I called Harold to inquire of his location and he informed me that they would NOT be coming to my home and would have to reschedule because they had book 4 people at the same time.  I informed Harold this was bad business and that I'd scheduled furniture delivery around this paint job and postponed other appointments as well.  He confirmed that he knew I'd scheduled a month ago and was in fact the first person to schedule for this day.  He promised to call me back in 15 minutes after he's had time to talk with his partner and NEVER CALLED BACK!  I repeatedly tried to reach Harold who would not answer his phone.  I had to call from a number he did not recognize pretending to be someone else and 5 hours later he called the new number back. Harold said they were not coming and thought it was funny that they were not coming and stated he did not know what I wanted him to do.
