Lee Perkins and Julie Finley of Perkins Construction took part in a scheme to defraud Deck Pros, Inc. out of more than $50,000 worth of cash, contracts, and equipment.
When they were confronted about diverting funds and contracts, they chose to contact the police and say they had been threatened with physical violence and ALMOST caused the Deck Pros owner to be arrested. However, the Deck Pros owner had recorded the interaction via his Blackberry and was not arrested.
Julie Finley began to sob in embarassment after police advised her that they would consider filing false reporting charges against her for lying to try to get the Deck Pros owner arrested. In collusion with this, two fired Deck Pros employees Todd Gatseos and Linda Allison (reported for sexual molestation - and also had her Colorado State gaming license taken away) falsely stated the owner was on steroids and had a stolen gun and was dangerous. Police quickly determined this to be false reporting as well.
These people stole a great deal of money and then attempted to file false criminal reports to cover up their criminal activities. It is highly recommended that you do not do business with Lee Perkins, Julie Finley, Perkins Construction, Ken Perkins, Todd Gatseos, and Linda Allison of Deck Pros, Excellent Home Solutions, and Fast Cash Notes Business.

These allegations made by Mr.Trey Allison are false and unfounded. They are the ramblings of a desperate criminal. There were no criminal activities except the actions perpetuated by Tre Allison. Mr Allison is a convicted felon, scam and con artist currently under investigation by the Lakewood and Arvada Police department for theft and fraud.
After being informed by the police of their investigation, Perkins Construction paid the sub contractors directly and terminated business with Mr. Allison. It seems Mr Allison has made a habit of collecting money from homeowners than not completing the work nor paying his sub contractors. To avoid this dilemma Perkins paid the sub contractors directly.
Perkins Construction prides itself on their quality of work and customer satisfaction. We are a Gold Member of the Better Business Bureau. We have hundreds of references upon request.
Mr. "Tre" Terry Allison is a dishonest, disreputable thief and con man. If one needs further proof please read the numerous reports posted on this site as to his shady business practices.
