Perma Plate Siskin Warranties, PermaPlate Sold By Power Nation Irvine Toyota Warranty Sold doesn't accept any claims Internet

I had purchased a new car in 2011. I was encouraged to purchase the perma plate appearance warranty to project my fabric from stains, smells and cracking. They have completely stopped accepting my claims. I was we within my warranty period for my last claim. I had some cracks develop on my armrest. they declined my claim because I did not notify them within 30 days. According to my warranty document. Nowhere does it state that. So, when I contacted them. They said oh, we are a new company that purchased your warranty so it has new rules. If others have experienced this problem then we need to get a class action lawsuit going. This is ridiculous.
