As for the performance of PermaSeal, after initial installation it takes 15-30 minutes of driving to smooth out the ride, as the sealant spreads and adheres to the wall. This roughness you experienced was the initial spreading, which disappears after the tires dynamically balance. 

Similarly, our product has been tested extensively and has no effects on TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring

and documents testing on numerous vehicles, including a Mercedes. We would like to speak with
the mechanic that replaced them to find out exactly how he determined that was necessary.
