Buyer beware Perri's Furniture in Addison Texas

This place absolutely sucks, do not buy furniture from this store. You will probably regret it as they sell cheap junk from China that is broken, will not last, and this company refused to fix it or make it right on a $2,000 purchase.

We bought 10 chairs for our office to sit around the conference table and waited weeks. The first order Perri's delivered was for chairs that were too tall so we sent them back.

They replaced the chairs 2 weeks later with others that were complete junk.

The second set of new chairs they delivered had dents, scratches, broken rails, cracked plastic and the material was not sewn correctly. 10 new chairs and everyone was defective and broken!

These chairs had chrome metal legs they delivered that had rust in the welds and were dangerous to use.

In addition, the chairs were purchased for an office which the owner Perri new about. She knew this because the first chairs they delivered did not fit under the conference table as they were too tall and had to be returned. These new chairs had a tag that specifically said "This Chair Intended for Residential Use Only" and yet they delivered to a business.

Both times they delivered to our office so there is no question they should have never sold us chairs that were intended for Residential Use Only.

The owner refused to fix the chairs so we filed a chargeback with our credit card company. We completely regret buying from Perri's furniture and we recommend that you shop at other furniture stores.
