Perry Burton Nxt Generation aka IM Generation tile, stone and Terrazzo Degenerate liar, atrocious customer service, abandoned the work site, unreliable. Took a large deposit and never performed work Waubaushene, Ontario, Canada

 We hired perry burton whos companys called Nxt Generation aka Im Generation to fabricate our granite at our cottage. He came recommended from Tempo Marble and Granite where we purchased our granite. He came to take a template of our kitchen. We told Perry that Christmas was our deadline. Approximately 3-4 days before

Christmas he emails us telling us the granite we choose will not work because of the grains (directions) they are going in. Our granite has been in his shop from October 2012.  After Christams, we decided to choose a solid color of granite thinking that would solve the problem.

After numerous emails, phonecalls,voice mail messages we were not able to reach Perry Burton. Therfore, we were not able to exchange the granite for a solid color that we choose. We were extremely annoyed and outraged to find out he went on holidays for 2 weeks in January 2013. Two weeks go by no phone calls, emails, voice messages. He has no customer service or etiquette.

We finally get a hold of Perry and asked if he was still interested in the job, and he said No. Thats when we emailed him a letter of termination of his contract. Perry said he would not release our granite untill we sighn a waiver releasing him of his responsibilities, that we cant sue him, and he would keep $1750 half of our deposit, He did not preform any work but come take a template of the kitchen countertop.

This is where it all begins!!! We are in the process of suing him but the process isnt fair. Hes done this to several people and its very unfortune but we would like to bring this to everyones attention whos looking to hire a contractor, he specializes in tile install, granite fabricator. He needs to be stopped!!

He is taking peoples hard earned money. Apparently, it was brought to our attention that his real name is not Perry Burton but Perry Homolka. (relation to Karla Homolka) He was charged with theft. He would bring his 2 boys who are age 8, 6. at the work site of a construction. Hes very cunning and manipulating. Your not dealing with a full deck of cards.

People beware of Perry Burton aka Homolka hes not what you think!!! His bussiness is in his wifes name, hes a alias doesnt own anything apparently. His home is a scary sight but how interesting he has cameras all around his house. It just goes to show. This man does  shady business. We need to contact the newspapers and media to inform the public what this man does to innocent people.
