Perry Thomas seems like a great guy. He promises you that your house will be built on quickly and he will get bids from multiple contractors.
Basically, everything he says is a lie. He never shows you multiple bids because only a few contractors will work for him, because he rips them off too.
Our house sat unfinished for months at a time, even after we cut him checks to give directly to the contractors. After two years and having several contractor leins put on our house we started calling the contractors only to find out they never received any money to work on our house or that they only received a small portion of what we paid Perry.
We sued him and got a judgement for over $500,000 and found out that we would have to stand in line to ever get a dime of it.
Don't use him, he is a liar and a theif !!!!!!
