Care One Credit referred me to Persels & Associates. Took $367 a month since October 2008. Lawyer's fee is over $300. I wanted the lawyers to help me out with my creditors and they did not do anything for me. I've paid about $1,500 to Persels to DO NOTHING! I asked them to stop our agreement and asked for all my money back and they said they could only give me $124 because the rest of it went to the lawyers fee. TO DO WHAT!! THEY DID NOTHING FOR ME EXCEPT RUIN MY CREDIT, GET HARRASSING PHONE CALLS, AND ONE BANK ACTUALLY FROZE MY ACCOUNT. MY CREDIT WAS GOOD BEFORE I CALLED CARE ONE CREDIT AND AGREED WITH PERSELS PROPOSAL. WHAT A BUNCH OF CROOKS PREYING ON THE NEEDY AND HELPLESS.
I WANT ALL MY MONEY BACK!!
