Personal Creations.com Customer Service is a FARCE with this company!!! Lemont Illinois

I placed an order on November 14, 2005. I received one item in early December. The other item which was supposed to be a Christmas gift still has not shown up. Their web site even currently states that the item must be ordered by 12/9 to endure Christmas delivery. I beat that deadline by nearly 4 weeks, but there still is no answer as to what happened to my order. I have emailed the company several times--and have gotten no response. I have called several times and after waiting on hold for more than 2 hours was told that my item should arrive any day. Not only can a "custome service rep" and I use that label loosely--not tell me when my item may be shipped but they also have no idea where my item is.

Personal Creations.com has to be the worst company that I have ever purchased from. There customer service is the worst by far. I have never in my life dealt with such incompetence--I have no idea how they have any customers. One thing is for sure the customers they do have are one time only--no way would a customer willingly do business with this company more than once. It is January 1, 2006 and I still do not have my second item. The worthless order status web page tells me that my item is still in production--only 6 weeks later and I still have no idea where my item is.
