Personal Gains Unauthorized Credit Card Charge by "Personal Gains" of $189.95 on January 15, 2009 to our Citi Credit Card. Torrance, California

We called our credit card company and were told that they would report the charge to the fraud department.  We also called the 1-800 number and were told that there was nothing that they could do that someone made the charge.  We couldn't even get the operator's name they hung up so fast.

Over the last several months we have tried to get reimbursed for the charge of $189.95 from this company "Personal Gains" and have yet to see any type of payment or reimbursement from them.

I finally did some investigating and it was revealed to me that this type of charge is a rip-off scam that this particular company "Personal Gains" does on a frequent basis to credit card consumers, such as us.  Unfortuantely for us we were one of the fallen victims of this rip-off scam.  Due to the fact that we were billed for this service without our authorization, we have not received any type of reimbursement from them for this unauthorized charge, the fact that the company has failed to assist us in this matter and the fact that this whole thing is a rip-off scam by this company to gain unauthorized monies from our credit card, we are filing a report with your company.

We hope that someone can assist us in this matter.  These days in our time of this horrible economy the last thing us consumers need are unauthorized charges on our credit cards for any amount of money by any company.
