I am not alone in the fight to prevent rip-off companies like Personal Voice, Inc. Supposedly checking a box on an affiliate companies web-site you and I, the public, have ordered this fake companies phone service. Being billed every month $12.95 for no phone service at all and with no luck of contacting anyone from this worthless company to stop service you didn't order, much less get a refund.
However for 3 months now I have been calling Sprint to remove these charges from my bill. They remove it and even put a third-party block on my phone. But still tell me they will send a printout of past due charges of $91.00. Thank God I don't have to pay it to Sprint. Who also tells me to contact Personal Voice, Inc. to cancel service and provide me with a refund.
The funny part is Sprint who sends you the bill on behalf of Personal Voice, Inc., has NO web-site or mailing address information for that company. So much for contacting them to resolve the problem they created.
BEWARE of this company. If you're reading this unfortunatley you too have encountered these scam artists who get away with fraud. May they get what is coming to them.
