I received a text from them and i went to the website to enter the invitation number and it directed me to loan application after that it asked me to pay 150.00 for the processing fee. I send them an email asking for a phone number and physical address for me to verify if the business is legit which they didnt not reply. I send a 2nd email about the text the sent me and ask am i guarantee for the loan once i pay the 150.00 they replied to that answer and said yes. I was given a referral code for your company as well, and did some research because I have been scammed badly in the past and the very near present. I checked with the BBB, and they have on record that they tried to reach out to your company to validate the claims you make on your website, and you never responded with any type of confirmation. That is 'sketchy' in itself. If you are that 'legit', then why not answer them?
For anyone that can not get a 'normal' loan, and needs money in an emergency, mailing a large amount of money, $75, $150, etc, to your company , then hoping every day to see an email from you, not knowing if you got the money or not, is counter-productive. Your shouldn't have to PAY to get a loan when you are getting a loan because you don't have the money you need.
If there was a better way to verify your company and its methods, then so many people wouldn't be so leary. Including me. I'm desperate, but not so desperate to get myself in more trouble in a completely different direction.
I don't blame the person from the original report that you responded to. In this day and age, there are a lot of 'loan' companies that take peoples money as a 'referral fee'. Those people never see a dime, and are out even more money. AND there is no way to report it to any officials, because the companies are usually based in Canada, or Mexico, or somewhere else out of the US. If people are smart, they will verify who they are dealing with. It saves a lot of heart ache in the end.
This comes from experience....

We refer customers to bonafide lenders and have been doing so for 20 years. We are able to help a lot of people. We have a guarantee which is conditional as per the terms of service which is explained thoroughly. The comment from the potential customer in this "complaint" (who did not pay us any money) was purely speculative and had no basis in fact. "I knew that it was a scam", is not a valid statement to support a valid complaint. We handle all customers and any complaints in a professional manner.
