I attempted to purchase a 30 lb. bag of dry dog food for my puppy. I did not complete my order, as I decided to shop a bit more before buying. I had created an account and signed in to petcarerx.com when I was shopping.

About an hour later I received an email from them that said "We're sorry to see you go. Get 10% off your order plus free shipping if you place your order now." It included a link to complete my order.

I clicked on the link and it took me back to my shopping cart and checkout. The 10% discount was not applied. So I called them to straighten it out. They advised me that the 10% discount does not apply to food. NOWHERE in the "Special offer to complete my order now" does it say "Does not apply to food" and food was the only item on my order when they sent me the offer. They refuse to honor it.
