 I ordered heartgard and nexgard may24 2016..to date I still have not received my pet meds that they charged 75.00 plus 2.78 international transaction fee..I contacted (john)from this company..he gave me a global dhl # .it showed the medication left Singapore China and went to Frankfurt Germany ,then processed in NY NY..it was there sing the 30th of may..he gave me a customs tracking number and told me it was a USPS #...I called USPS. And they said it was delivered from n.y as first class mail and there is no way to find out where this package may be..they could not locate this piece..I emailed the company (john) told me they do not ship from those countries .I told him I was going to contact the u.s.attorney general.. They are a internet rip off company....this is why the do not have a phone you can contact them at..thrives and scammers..today is June 10 2016
