Pet Ninja (Shop) Promotional item, charged triple in shipping, will the item ever arrive? Internet

Pet Ninja has been running many adds on instagram, and I hate to say, I was taken in. The photos of the dogs seemed so happy and the brush glove they were advertising seemed like such a neat idea and much more comfortable than similar gloves I'd seen. They were giving away free items, at the time, they said the items cost about $14. Or maybe this was the case when following the promotional link. Either way, pretty shady considering that now the gloves are listed for $9.99

So I ordered. I ordered two of these gloves and the total came out to $15. Suposedly just for shipping. There was only one optioned and I thought that maybe it was two day shipping, I don't remember if it clarified or not. But I figured whatever I'm going to get this super soon and then instagram about how great it is because that's how this works right?

A week past, it didn't come. It also took forever for my charge to post so I chilled. Except at somepoint I noticed that in PayPal I was listed as having paid $15 for an item and $0 in shipping while their website stated the opposite upon check out. Now I'm just the sort of person that this descrpency bothers so I emailed them about it...

Only to find out that they thought the package should have already arrived. Which makes sense considering I did pay $15 in shipping. Only problem is I didn't have the package. I gave it another week, it was Thanksgiving and I've had some issues with USPS in the past so I figured I'd just wait and it would show up like it always has.

That week past and I opened a dispute. I didn't have the item and I felt I was over charged for shipping. Well, the buyer provided paypal with a tracking number and that was that, case dismissed.

I was worried since nearly a month past since the charge was posted I wouldn't be able to dispute it. Well, I have been able to. And here is the screen shots that I sent to my bank to help them duke it out with paypal.

This has been such a head ache and I really do feel scammed and betrayed and upset. This was supose to be a fun experince and a fun way to bound with my dog. But so much for that. I'd like to save anyone else the trouble if I can. I'm really disappointed Pet Ninja didn't do right by me and aknwoledge that it shouldn't take a month (and counting) to ship an item when you pay $15 for shipping.

I guess I'll just never order of an instagram add again. :(
