Pet Street Mall has the worst customer service department I have ever encountered. We ordered 3 pet doors from them, and two arrived as described, on time. They told us the 3rd was back ordered, and would arrive in 2-3 weeks. After 5 weeks and no word from Pet Street Mall, and no pet door delivered to our home, we ordered one from another company, assuming they were not going to fulfill our order.

Two month later, Pet St. Mall billed us $90. for the door and when we called about it, they claimed their computers were down, and they couldn't tell us anything about it. Two days later, the pet door arrived via UPS. We called and told them we didn't want it since we'd ordered it two months prior and had no idea they planned to send it so late. As a response, one of the so-called customer service reps ( a woman) sent us an abusive email stating that we were TOLD via voicemail several times, when the door would be delivered.

We had received NO such voicemails, and there are no records of their voicemail on our phone. They also claimed that we stopped payment on the VISA and that they would present VISA with the invoice and we would all see "who wins". In addition, they called us liars and said that we claimed to not know who Pet Street Mall was. In reference to our being told they could not tell us anything about our order, they said "when your husband called to inquire that day, he used the name FRED, but on our records, we have his name as Frederick".

(same address, same phone number, same last name, but they could not figure out that Fred is a shortened version of Frederick") They were supposed to have sent us a shipping label to return the pet door, however, it has not arrived yet. Their attitude is blame the customer for everything, whether it includes lying about the history of the order or using rude sarcasm to make your point.
