Petamberalert.com quite simply makes promises that are very difficult to verify and confirm. How do i know they do not deliver on their promises ? Because when i lost my pet I went through the expense of using two different services with similar promises with petamberalert.com being one of them.

The "other service" had a message created with my dogs name, description, last place seen, reward info and my phone number created within ONE HOUR ! They actually called my cell number first so i could hear the message that was going out. By the NEXT HOUR (2 hours total) my cell phone began ringing with calls. Some callers specifically referenced the name of the service (not petamberalert.com of course )---I gave my wife's number to petamberalert.com and my cell number for the "other service". 24 hours later my wife had not received ONE phone call. I had numerous from concerned neighbors and strangers willing to help. Within 48 hours we found our dog (actually thanks to a Facebook post) but none the less we did not receive a single call from petamberalert.com neighbors for almost 36 hours after paying our money for the service.

From what i can tell, petamberalert.com calls did not go out until over 24 hours later. A ridiculously long amount of time when trying to locate a lost pet. To make matters worse and the reason i am taking the time to write this review is they have attempted to charge my credit card two times in the amount of $9.95 claming my account is "still active" even though i specifically loged in, and changed the status of my dog to found.

I have sent a total of three emails and two calls. No reply.

Save yourself the trouble and dont use these guys. Too many complaints and very difficult to verify if they did in fact call anyone much less send out fiyers to vet offices and pet stores. The other service i used actually emailed me a list of all the pet stores, vets ad pet related businesses they faxed my flyer to and how far they were from my area. That was impressive. This is frustrating to no end.
