Pete Choi/Raymond Choi (E-Bay Sellers) ripoff - cashed check never sent item I paid for ripoff thieves Orange California .....
My son purchased through ebay a honda del sol body kit for the amazing price of $555.00. The kid saved his money from his part time job to order this kit.On January 23rd 2003 he sent the $555.00 by check. According to this guys email sent to us it takes 3-5 weeks to receive the kit. Needless to say he still has not received his kit and it is about 10 weeks.
When we tried to get in touch with him he responded twice. The first time to say he just got the check and had to wait for it to clear and since it had cleared it would be shipped 3-5 weeks later. The second time (just last week) he wanted to know what we ordered!!! Can you believe that??!!
He cashes $555.00 that was sent to him for an item he listed on ebay and he can't remember what it is for!! Since then I have gotten an email from another ebay buyer saying that he ordered the same kit and wanted to know if we ever received it. He has been waiting for over 12 weeks now. I need help to get my sons cash back and to help this other kid get his back too.

It has been a while, but I would like to keep the record straight. I have informed buyers that at the time it takes 4-6 weeks from the time a payment is received. Unfortunately with these kind of products (body kits), it took long times as it was shipped over from overseas. Adding to the fact that I was purchasing it from a supplier who would always pass me over to distribute to other "priority" clients. In any case I have resolved this matter.
