Peter Bachman Dr. Peter Bachman Vanished owing me 70,000 in rent Carefree Arizona Nationwide

DR Peter Bachman is a pro at making you feel that he is the smartest person you have ever met. He claims to be a professor, born in switzerland and raised in Germany.

He has a swiss accent and all the paper work to show that he was a professor. He also claims to be a pilot and loves cigars.

He rented a house from me in Carefree AZ and paid 6 months up front. I thought he had a lot of money and could afford the rent with no problem After the 6 months were up he wanted to continue to rent the house . He didnt want to go through a property manager again telling me he would pay me direct and cut the agent out of their commission .

All the wile telling me how much money he had comming froma trust in Germany. I was told that I would never have to worry about money again for letting him stay rent free until his money came, It was comming soon and I bulls* story he had.After two years of hearing his crap I was in the process of having him removed he vanished . Than was 10 years ago and I never herd from him again. He is probrbly out there ripping smoe other fool off as I write. He bailed owing me about 70,000 in rent and utilitys
