Peter Conti and Jerry Norton Flip Guys, The Flip Guys, Lot Flipper, Back Flip programs Real Estate, Guru's Nationwide

These two men's have several programs dealing with Real Estate.  They offer many modules in theory of executing specific real estate transactions as follows:

  1). Lot Flipping Program, costs $1,000.

  2). Back Flip Program, costs from $1,000 to $10,000 depending profit split you're seeking.

Their training for Lot Flipper mentions finding 5 SOLD Comps as close to the potential LOT possible, average the SOLD price then take 15% of that number - which is the max they will pay for the LOT. For $400 - $1.2M neighborhoods.

In actuality, after contacting realtors and spending days coordinating Contracts, Comps, Links, ets..  Their formula changes to include taking a 10% Overhead and a 18% Profit deduction off the average Sales Price before calculating the 15%.   These LOT prices calculations are NOT mentioned in any training program.

For the Back Flip program I understand they have a Law Suit against them for non performance and for causing extreem situations for home owners, like losing their house, excessive fees, etc.

What's up with these guys - why can't people run a decent program?
