Peter Corbiere, Snow Angels Investment Fraud Niagara on the Lake Ontario

Peter Corbiere, a former Business Development Bank of of Canada (BDC), is an investment fraud scam artist. Either directly, or through his company Snow Angeles Management Service Inc (SAMSI), he offers to secure financing to businesses in return for a retainer. Immediately after receiving the retainer, he encounters a personal crisis (usually his wife is on her death bed) and neither the financing nor the retainer are ever seen again. To confuse matters he more, he will continue to text you for months and years promising that the money will be there the next day, but it never is. A CBC article about him in early 2018 identified over $650K of funds that he had taken from businesses in the area.

Peter Corbiere is very compelling and seems credible given his background with BDC but don't be fooled. He is a fraudsters and a scam artist. If you search his name you will find mainstream media articles and other websites about him and those he has ripped off.

There have been multiple police reports filed about him but Peter is pretty good at structuring thing such that the police consider it a civil matter. And while Peter has been succesfully sued by some, he has structured his finances to make himself 'judgement proof.' He even brags about being judgement proof. Unfortunatley victims are often so embarassed about being fooled that they don't file police reports or take action.
