I WENT TO FILE BANKRUPTCY WITH THE GERACI LAW FIRM. FINISHED PAYING FOR EVRY THING AND THATS WHEN THE PROBLEMS STARTED. THEY KEPT ON SENDING ME EMAILS AND PHONE CALLS SAYING THAT THEY NEEDED DOCUMENTS THAT I HAVE ALREADY GIVEN THEM. ATER I GIVE THEM ONE THAY WOULD CALL A DAY LATER SAYING THAT I NEEDED SOMETHING ELSE.(AT THE INITIAL INTERVIEW I TOLD THEM THAT CHAPTER 13 WAS NOT EVEN AN OPTION) SO THIS WENT ALONG FOR A COUPLE OF MONTHS UNTIL THEY TOLD ME THATH MAYBE I SHOULD LET MY WIFE FILE WITH ME. I DID AND STILL THE RUNAROUND. NOW THEY ARE TELLING ME THAT ME AND MY WIFE MAKES TO MUCH TO DO A 7 THAT WE HAVE TO DO A 13. THEY KNEW THIS ALL ALONG THEY JUST THOUGHT THAT WE WOULD BE SO FRUSTRATED THAT WE WOULD JUMP FOR ANYTHING. I AM SO FRUSTRATED WITH THIS COMPANY THAT I AM TELLING EVERY ONE TO DON'T MESS WITH THEM AND TO FILE WITH A SMALLER FIRM THAT WILL TREAT YOU LIKE YOU HAVE COMMON SENSE.

Being an attorney in my state is a cutthroat, constantly hustling business or you will soon be OUT of business.
You have to take on a big caseload to pay the overhead.
This means you have to have a GREAT Support staff to handle your dockets and make d**n sure they get to Court on time. These are called "tickle files" as it tickles your memory to get the paperwork FILED ON TIME, make all the heaings ON TIME, Notify your client when to show up on court and what to bring ON TIME!
IS this guy certified to practice Bankruptcy by your State's Legal Board of Specialization?
You need a highly trained specialist if you are filing bankruptcy charges---especially since this 'new' Federal Legislation has made it much more difficult...
If this is a general practitioner attorney, he might not be as aware of ALL of the minute details that a bankruptcy specialist attorney would be.
Call the office. Your attorney or his paralegal is supposed to respond to your call and explain what happened.
If they don't answer three enquiries from you, maybe you need to check with the Illinois Bar Association and consider filing a complaint or legal malpractice.
BANKRUPTCY IS A VERY COMPLICATED PROCEDURE!YOU GOT TO HIRE SOMEONE WHO KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING!
IF THIS GUY HELD HIMSELF OUT TO BE A BOARD-CERTIFIED BANKRUPTCY SPECIALIST AND HE'S NOT...OR EVEN IF HE IS, THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR THIS!
