Peter Kiely of Harewood Associates Ltd White Collar Crime, Property Investment Fraud, High Yield Scam Bolton UK Internet

On July 2014, I found Harewood Associates of Bolton UK online providing an investment opportunity to investors. One paragraph of their company brochure says “Buy shares in a highly profitable residential development and receive a share of the profits. Typically an investor can expect a return of between 20% and 30% per annum. ”

On Aug 2014, I purchased several shares of their Keepers Chase project with 16.23% annual return. The project is expected to finish within 12 months. After one year on Aug 2015, Harewood said the project completion will be delayed until Nov 2015. From Nov 2015 to Feb 2017, Harewood repeatedly said some residential units remain unsold which delayed the payment return.

During this time, I wrote several emails to Harewood complaining the delayed payment but received no reply. Harewood did not compensate to investors any losses due to their delayed delivery of the project returns, which was over 18 months now much longer than the original 12 months timeframe.

Until 23 Feb 2017, I received no payment but the same excuse every month saying “still await a reservation on the remaining plot 10 and will update you as soon as we reserve”
