Peter Kirschner is currently running a debt settlement SCAM company out of Hollywood FL. I am sure that they will be shut down soon, but in the meantime be very very careful of this maggot Peter and his partner Stuart Rubens.
The company they are running this week is the National Debt Defenders Network or WhiteStar Financial. These two will find anyway to steal money from people with bad credit just to try and line their own pockets. They laugh about charging people who have no choice huge fees just to rip them off.
They hired me to raise money for them, but forgot to mention that they both have a disciplinary record with the SEC as long as their arms! Everything from lying about yields on bonds to artificallly inflating stock prices. They actaully tried to get mad at me for not successfully raising funds for them- when one of my clients faxed me their record right before he was ready to invest. I know he would of lost everything with these crooks so it is actually a blessing in disguise.
