Peter Kuretski County Construction Services, Inc. Misrepresnetations and fraudulant submittals during our home construction Pueblo West, Colorado

Pete Kuretski was the Ganeral Contractor/ Project Manager for our home construction.

We started 7/31/09, we were to be in our home 10/01/09. We fired him 12/31/09.

It is now 4/20/10  and we still are not moved in our home.

Pete constantly delayed projects, was not accountable for deadlines except when it was time to draw more money from our Construction loan.

He employed several sub-contractors, who completed their jobs but were not paid by Pete. We ultimately had to complete payment to them.

Pete made several bank draws for services and materials which were not forthcoming--in the amount of $30,000+.

We had to reapply for additional construction loan money to complete our project.

In addition we have pay out of pocket expenses, high interest rate on loan and invested many hours of our own labor to complete our home.

We have filed complaints with Colorado Attorney General and local police.

At this time we know of one other family who has had the very same experience with Mr. Kuretski and is out much more money than we are.

The money is not the only effect this has had on all of us---we are all emotional wrecks because this man has decided to steal from us and try to ruin our dreams !!
