Petersen’s admissions of responsibility for his conduct have come only when faced with discipline, and even when discipline has been imposed, those sanctions have not prevented further misconduct. In fact, in some cases, new misconduct has arisen only days after the resolution of a previous disciplinary proceeding.

Remember! If you hire dip stick of a lawyer you'll probably lose your case. If you file a grievance on a lawyer while your case is still before the court. You'll probably get his attention but then you'll just have a mad dip stick of a lawyer. If you file a grievance after you lose your case you may get some satisfaction but remember you still lost your case! If you are in trouble with the law go to a good law firm. Not some poster boy who claims to know it all. Don't waste your time with a bad lawyer or with the Nebraska counsel for Discipline. Good Luck
