I ordered a Peticure Power model ($59.99) around the middle of July 08 thinking it was the greatest thing on earth. My account was charged on July 28th and received it about a week later). I tried and tried to get my dogs and cats used to it but it is loud and causes incredible vibrations to the toenails (imagine putting a sander on your own fingernails). Out of 3 dogs and 2 cats none of them would come near me when I had it out no matter how I bribed them. As another customer said sedation is the only way you'd get near them with it.

I called customer service on August 22nd and got an RMA to return my Peticure Power model. They received the return on August 27th at 12:37pm. I called Customer Service and finally got something other than "All Circuits are busy" recording (which is not a phone company recording by the way). When I talked to the representative he told me that they had no record of receiving my return. I told him "Do you think I'm not smart enough to track it?" He asked for my tracking number and proceeded to pull the same information I gave him.

I was told that obviously the receiving department had not checked in my item yet. I told him it had been almost 3 weeks since they received it. He told me that they probably had alot of things coming in and hadn't gotten to it yet. Either they have one person working receiving or everyone is returning these items (which they should) and they can't get through the boxes fast enough. I was told to wait until the 27th and then call. Of course, the 27th is a Saturday and they're only open M-F. Their refund policy is that "it can take up to 30 days to process your refund from the date they receive it". My 30 days is up September 25th. If my refund isn't in my account, I will be taking the next step. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
