PetroGulf Well Solutions Ken Smith, Janie Smith, Chris Smith, Ronnie Wimberly REFUSES TO PAY UP, OWES THOUSANDS!!! Montgomery Texas

            I want to advise that any vendor who is considering working with PetroGulf Well Solutions LLC think twice before you actually do. Let me be clear; I have yet to do business with PetroGulf, I’m not that stupid. I just want it to be known that all you have to do is look up Corporation Wiki on these shady characters and you will see a past that is rife with controversy. These guys don’t ever pay. ASK FOR C.O.D. ONLY and watch them run for the hills! They owe us THOUSANDS (under a previous venture) in payables and refuse to pay their bills! We’ve tried multiple times for months to call, fax, EVEN SNAIL MAIL, and we have yet to receive ANY RESPONSE! STEER CLEAR FROM THIS COMPANY – CALL SOMEONE ELSE PLEASE! I just want to save another company from wasting their time, energy, and resources with these people. They will just ignore you and hope that you will go away.

Follow the paper trail and you will see that Ronnie Wimberly, Chris Smith, Janie Smith, and most of all the head honcho Ken Smith are affiliated with criminal activity and have a very shady past. Any time it “hits the fan” they will just create and brand new company and DO IT ALL OVER AGAIN!!! Hopefully someone will nail these guys on all this, and I think that day is coming soon! DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. FRADULENT COMPANY! If you want real facts, pick up the phone and call ANY MAJOR OIL AND GAS VENDOR in South Texas and ask about these guys. I’m sure they’re in the same boat as we are.
