Petros Investments LLC are liars to say the least. They are very unprofessional and slow to make repairs.
They fraudulently evict tennants based on race, marital status (such as interracial marriage).
Petros Investment LLC asked us in october to move by november 1st. they then changed their minds and told us we could stay if we paid a higher rent beginning december 1st. on november 30th they sent a letter saying we had to move by december 30th knowing I would not pay rent if I had to move.
They then filed an eviction on the grounds of non payment of rent. Today is only the 28th we have 2 more days before they should have filed. They lied in court saying they suspected criminal activity on the premises. (I am a private dancer and a webcam model) they accused me of prostitution. They could have just asked me about it and I could have explained that to them. my husband also has his own business.
They couldn't even keep it straight in court how much our monthly rent amount was or how much we owed at the time. the eviction was baseless and was nothing more than an act of racism,harassment,libel.

After doing a google search on my company name I located this report which references a phone number and address which have never belonged to my company, and are from an area of Ohio where we have never owned any rental property. After further research I discovered that another company had registered under a similar company name "M. Petros Investments, LLC" a little less than 4 years after my company was registered with the State of Ohio and appears to operate under the name "Petros Investments, LLC" essentially dropping the "M." from their name causing this name confusion. Our registered address is in Steubenville, OH and this complaint appears to be from Massillon, OH (about 75 miles away).
