PetTags4Less Fails to fix their own mistakes or contact customers! Internet

I've ordered from this company before, never having problems. I once again placed an order for a couple of pets. I verified everything was correct and submitted my order. I received an email proof of the tags to verify the information which was immediately followed by a shipping confirmation. I checked the proof and they had one of the pet names misspelled so I contacted them (this was all within a couple hours of receiving the email). They replied back with this message:

Hi,  
Sorry  for the inconvenience.
We shipped your order on 03/04, So you can't update your tag info.
I hope you will receive this soon :)

So they not only gave sufficient time to verify the proof they sent, but they were unwilling to change the pet name or refund me. As of now I still have received no package and no further email response after requesting the right product or refund. Now I just want a refund and never to do business with these people again.
