This is actually a complaint. On August 29th I made a payment with my debit card for $203 and immediately was given the confirmation number of (((REDACTED))). Therefore, I am assuming that my payment was secured. A week later, I come home only to find that my service was disconnected to to PGE's negligence. MOST places, when a conformation number is given, the payment has been processed. My COMPLAINT is this. I now have been charged a $200 deposit for PGE's MISTAKE! I am asking that this $200 deposit be waived. Who can afford that in this day? Also, your information on this site states that my service has been interrupted THREE times in 12 months. THIS IS NOT TRUE. I will continue writing until this is resolved. $200 waived and get the facts right! I have been a customer at this address since 2004 and to pay a $200 deposit if just dead wrong. 1st complaint.

After writing a complaint, they refunded my deposit. All is well now.
