PGH Products They falsly advertise diet product similar in spelling to phentermine and refuse returns Marietta Georgia

I ordered this product thinking it was something other than what it was, when I opened the package and saw what the product actually was I immediately emailed them (since no one would answer their phone number and got a recording) asking to return the product.  They emailed a general email back saying responses take 2 - 3 business days. 

Within a few days I received an email stating no returns would be accepted without an RMA number so I responded asking for one.  They send the same general email back stating 2 -3 days for a response.

My email back stated:

"No returns are accepted without a returns authorization number which can be requested to our returns department via this email address returns@usapghp.com. Include a brief statement of why you would like to return the product. The returns department will respond to your request within 24-48 hours. Please note that this is an email address and not a website."

I emailed my request to that new email address and was responded to via email:

"We are unable to process your returns request. A returns request must meet a certain criteria that is reviewed by our returns panel."

I called the only number I could find 1.877.445.1034 and they told me I have been denied, would not tell me why and they are simply refusing to accept any return.  There is no number available to me to contact anyone and I can not speak to a supervisor.

Please take warning of their false advertising and don't get stuck with an order of $209 worth of useless pills like I did!
