Company claims to have contracts with factories trying to sell cosmetically damaged computers and supplies directly from the factory at pennies on the dollar. The company can then supply this source to their affiliates allowing profits of 800%. Claims they supply a home trianing course that with inable you to make $150,000 a year. They claim this because they are looking for a limited number of associates in certain areas that that can then train with top of the line cd's and personal professional taining plus a host-free web site.

Their company web-site has top 3 listings on most search engines so they are first to be seeing if you type in words such as used,cheap, wholesale, etc. computers. The site has over 200 pages of info so it looks and reads very compellingly that the opportunity is real. They also claim to supply their own exclusive list of below wholesale suppliers that they have used themselve for years. They also have many upgrades for additional info. and supplort.

The company does deliver 6 training cd's however the quality and info is so limited so as to render them useless. They do not deliver on any of their claims. Presently a class action suite is being organized to attemp to get our monies back and put PH Development out of business. The FBI has opened a case as well as Attorney General, local authorities, and other agencies as this is a federal issue since people are being ripped off across America and Canada.
