Be very careful if you loved one is in Rehab or in long term care these people use the tag line Value, Trust, Performance, my experience is that they live up to none of these claims. Tried to resolve this by telephone stonewalled by claims it is approved by my insurance company, who is not the one facing paying this, we are.
