Here we go again James C Riley hired my client chris russo as an employee for his new company ( written contract shows  employer ,employee relationship prepared by their CFO under the direction of their lawyer EMAILs to prove this) and screwed him out of money. James c Riley also submitted documents that turned out to be false and misleading information,

James Riley has no CRO experience and hi submitted 2 resumes that had totaly different infomation on them. When the information was verfied it turned out to be false. James C Riley also had not paid the rent for several months and is now being evicted from said office space, He has also tried to sell off company assets that were pledged to a bank for collateral and then he tried to pledge the same assets fort the purpose of raising capital. 

This man is a real dead beat liar. He also screwed a lady by the name of Karen out of 55,000 in salary. what do we need to do to stop him and his slime  partner Robert Gyemant. Now they want to have their lawyer prepare some phony legal action on russo which is so far  off because they drafted the docs for the emploee russo under the directions of their CFO and lawyers.
