Phastek Performance Andrew Jameson I Worked for Them But Didn't Get Paid Houston Texas

I recently took on a projiect writing product descriptions for Phastek Performance. The deadline was decided as the 30th of August. After writing the first batch of 100 descriptions I got paid. After writing and sending the second batch of descriptions (200 descriptions) and sent to them on the 14 or 15th I waited to get paid for 10 days. My understanding and the reason Andrew Jameson gave was that the boss was on vacation. So, it was already the 25 to 26 of August when I got paid. He acknowledged that there was no way to meet the deadline.

I clearly told him that based on the nature of work it would take around 40 days to complete. To which they agreed. Then on the 12th of September I get an email saying that they are cancelling the project and my services are no longer needed. To which I replied asking if I'd get paid for the work done, since then they have gone dark.

Phasteck Performance may bill itself as a business that's legit but they are scammers. I will be speaking to my lawer and taking them to court. They owe me for 15 days of work but I'll sue for damages.
