On the 28st of August I purchsed a $500 fuel management system from Phat performance parts. I called in on the 1st to check on it, the owner himself answered the call and stated it was there. Went down, the employees stated the boss did not get of his backside, it would be here the next day.

Went in the 2nd and picked it up, spent two hours with it, unit would not even power up. Called Phat performance parts the next morning, their answer, you are on your own, call the manufacturer.

You drop $500 and out the box something doesnt work, and their answer is go pound sand ?

Really ?....not a way to run a business. The manufacturer was no more help, now I am sitting here with a broken part, cancelled the charge on my credit card of course, but now I have to wait 10 days to get my money back to order a new replacement part.

cobra, the manufacturer, their answer was they will replace, repair, or send a refurbish at their discretion......glad to see spending a ton of money and showing loyalty to a company gets you no where
