PHATZMEDIA PHAYZRADIO, PHATFORUMS, PHATZNEWROOM, PHATZMEDIA INC Owner/Company is a total fake, ripped-off my company for 60K. Vernon Vermont

The President of PHATZRADIO, Tony Tyson aka Antonia Tyson, contacted my company in order to engage our sales resources and marketing team to bring his brand and products to the European Union. We are a small consulting company that helps organizations in expanding their brand in the EU. 

After several discussions, PHATZ, Tony Tyson, engaged our company and executed an agreement that encompassed taking the PHATZ brand and products to our exclusive client base here in the EU in order to expand the PHATZ business reach. The contract was a monthly fee based arrangement with additional revenue for us to come from commissions on the sales of their products. 

I engaged our top two sales and marketing people and myself, which became the team to handle all sales and marketing efforts pertaining to the agreement. In the EU each employee has a working contract and as an employer, we are on the hook for the contract commitments and also the employee tax requirements to the State. So, there are several expenses we take on based on the agreement and commitment put foreword by the client.

In order to make a long story short, PHATZ and Tony Tyson ripped us off. We set in motion our sales efforts and within 42 days created over 4,000USD in sales to our client base and put forward a strong branding strategy that was addressed every week.  We had made great progress in a short period of time. 

Our agreement stated that we payment was to made to us at the beginning of each month and commission would be calculated 30 days after payment was made to PHATZ. 

Payment was never made to us with Tony making numerous promises along with an excuse for each missed promise. We heard everything from his Credit Union not being bale to do a correct wire to a PayPal E-check failure. He even provided us with a snapshot of a wire transfer that he claimed was sent, we later found that to be fraudulent as well.  We were promised payment over 12 times in a 4-month period and then it became obvious that this guy was scamming us. We did not forward the sales revenue we held in escrow for him because we did not trust he would actually deliver on the sale. We had to return the client money in order to avoid any legal problems here and in turn looked bad to our clients.

We hired investigators to start to look into his company and background and what we found was very alarming. We found that in 2004 Tyson was arrested and convicted of securities fraud in the State of Vermont. It was the same MO as the PHATZ setup. Tyson was acting as someone he was not and defrauding people and companies by claiming he was a legitimate investment advisor. 

We are pursuing all legal action we can and we have contacted the Attorney General in Vermont to see what criminal action can be taken against him. I will update you all when we get some new information.

Stay away of all PHATZ has to offer and do not get involved with this scammer.
